Weight loss through leaflet delivery

One of our leafleters has just lost 3.5 stone since starting delivering for us! I was staggered!
He also had had a hip operation before this and was told to walk miles every day by doctors to strengthen the muscles, so this is the perfect role for his health.
A suntan, even from the very weak light in the northern climate of Britain, will be an added bonus now that summer is coming! (An American remarked that if you look at a map of the world, Britain is worryingly close to the North Pole!)
